The demand for electric energy across the world is increasing. Greenwood Energy invests in and develops clean power technologies which include biomass, fuel cells, natural gas, and hydro among others. Currently focused in the US, we have a strategic relationship with fellow Libra Group company EuroEnergy in Europe, and we continue to pursue further development opportunities which offer benefits across the clean energy spectrum.

Our investment thesis is to focus on generation assets with long-term, contracted cash flows, and a limited amount of merchant upside potential. We will review transactions at all stages of the asset life cycle, including late-stage development, construction, and operation, and will consider partnering with experienced management teams, developers, and operators.
